This is my absolute most relaxing activity in my life. It does not
matter where you are or what time of day, there is always time for it.
You can do it for 2 minutes of 2 hours. It is a form of exercise and
mental relaxation that can not be beat. Try it one you might like it forever, I often call it my "golf" just as relaxing and far less expensive.
